Request for Proposals: INCEC Spring Conference
The Indiana Council for Exceptional Children (INCEC) Spring Conference, Beyond Barriers: Educating Exceptional Children, will be held at the Monroe Convention Center in Bloomington, Indiana. This annual event brings together educators, administrators, and service providers to share innovative practices, research-based strategies, and inclusive approaches that support the success of all learners. Sessions will focus on instruction and curriculum, behavior and social-emotional learning, leadership and policy, and family and community engagement—each designed to inspire and equip professionals to break down barriers and build bridges for students with exceptional needs. A complimentary registration for the event will be offered for those selected to present.

Support the INCEC Spring Conference
The Indiana Council for Exceptional Children is seeking sponsors and vendors for the 2026 Spring Conference, Beyond Barriers: Educating Exceptional Children. Sponsorships help us offset meal costs and ensure that conference revenue goes directly back into supporting educators, students, and statewide initiatives. Vendors are also invited to host an exhibition table and engage directly with participants.
